Book invitation meme

Sean the Blogonaut posted an open-invitation book meme:

1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 56.
3. Find the fifth sentence.

So, I did just that. My wife happens to be a Medical Transcription, so there's tons of Medical word books all around me. I grabbed the book and here you go:

What is this? I didn't know either so I decided I, as well as you, needed to know. It's a clear band-Aid!!!!! That's it. It just points out the many names and realities of all the pieces of our world that we see on a daily basis that are not what they are - but what they are named to be. We no longer have janitos, only sanitation engineers. Well, what is an eingneer then? Who knows. Just as long as you sound more important than you are.
