Implementing money for your family photos

I'm assuming you have already read "Making a little more money", posted on this Blog.

You create an account for one of the many money making websites out there. For review: Examples of these sites are: associatedcontent.com, kforce.com, triond.com.

The goal is to get this site out to as many people as possible. That's not a problem because you have all the resources right there.

Send it to ALL of your relatives, even the ones you don't speak to. Then send it to all of your friends. If you have a job that is free with their e-mail, send it to all of your fellow employees. If you don't feel comfortable, that's understandable, just send it to your cube-friends. Once you send this site to everyone, explain that you'd like them to send it to everyone else in the family and friends that you do not know.

Most of these sites have a way to add e-mail addresses to your site. Therefore, whenever you post something new to it - they'll get an e-mail that states "so and so just posted a new picture. Click here to see it." Most people will click on to see the new stuff, or read the new stuff. This is great for those who have relatives outside of the state, and need a way to keep in touch with the family.

Let's see the revenue. I've assumed that there are 2 parents, 4 grand parents, 2 uncles & 2 aunts (1 brother or sister for each parent), each parent has 3 friends, and each relative has 3 friends, and there is 1 long lost relative.

Revenue:
total people sent to by you - 16.
total people sent to by another - grand parents - 12, aunts and uncles - 12, friends - 8, long lost-2
Total page views first send - 50
Add random visitors - 10, for a total of 60 page views each time you post something.

That means if you post something each week you'll get 240 views, for a total of 1/4 of $2 or .50 cents. Disappointed? Don't be. This is the very bare minimum.

Each time someone wants to just show your stuff, it's a hit.
Each time someone meets someone new and gives them the site, it's another few hits.

No mater what - every time you post your family photos, your "this is what's going on info, etc - it's another hit. Of course, the bigger the family the more hits.
